We invest time and effort up front to ensure we fully understand your requirements, this includes; skills, culture, benefits package, organisational and team structures and business goals.

Once we have a thorough understanding of your requirements, we will then go to market utilising our deep candidate network of active and passive candidates, networking, headhunting and referrals.

When we have a identified a shortlist of 3-4 qualified candidates, we’ll arrange interviews, provide 360 feedback and work with you to develop the right offer for the selected candidate.  We will then present the offer to the candidate, coach them through the resignation and counter-offer process and stay in regular communication until they are onboarded.  We also do regular check-ins once they have been onboarded to check they are happy in their new role.
